Liebster Award!

Exciting news ya'll! My fellow blogger, Sarah of Lame Chic , nominated me for a Liebster award!  Thank you so much for this Sarah! I appreciate the thought and support. We need to all get together sometime, it WILL happen! :) 

I actually had no idea what the Liebster award was at first. I got a comment about this award from someone (and my apologizes to this someone, your profile is on private so I don't know who you are/can't see your questions but thank you anyways!!) and I had to Google the term. In short, I will just quote Sarah: "Liebster is a German word meaning dearest, and the award is given to up-and-coming bloggers with less than 200 followers who deserve some recognition and support to keep on blogging. The tradition is to answer the 11 questions from the person who has nominated you and then nominate promising bloggers and tag them in your post. Also you will write 11 questions for them to answer."

Here are the rules should you choose to accept:
1. Thank your Liebster Blog Award presenter on your blog
2. Link back to the blogger who awarded you
3. Copy & Paste the award to your blog
4. Nominate 5 blogs that you enjoy to receive the award who have less than 200 followers
5. Inform them of their nomination by leaving a comment on their blog

Here are the questions Sarah asked and my answers! 

1. What would you want your last meal to be?

Sushi! An unlimited amount of my favorite sushi from my favorite place. I love salmon and could eat sashimi all day.  

2. What did you do for your last birthday?

My last birthday I just hung out for the day and went to dinner... at my favorite Japanese restaurant. Haha 

3. Favorite and least favorite trends right now?

My favorite trends right now are winter accessories such as scarves, hats/beanies, gloves, high socks, fuzzy socks and oversize sweaters. My least favorite trend right now are shoes like these. This is because they personally are not my style. I'm sure they look great on some people but I just don't think I can rock them. 

4. Who/where do you typically get your inspiration from?

Typically my inspirations come from things around me like in a magazine I'm reading, the places I go, the people at work, the tv show I'm watching, the website I'm looking at, etc.

5. Describe your go-to outfit.

Now that it is almost Winter (and below 60 degrees everyday) my usual go-to outfit is a shirt, North Face jacket, jeans and Uggs. Cozy and warm. 

6. What is something fashion-related that is on your wish list?

I have a lot of things I want that are not really logical/really expensive. They are like dream items that realistically, I would probably not buy but here are some of them.

7. What is something you regret wearing while growing up?

Oh my gosh... there's so much! Probably wearing shirts that said "babygirl" and "I love my boyfriend" and "Hollister" and "Abercrombie" plastered across the front. Haha

8. Do you have any pets?

Nope

9. What are your favorite shows?

Gossip Girl, Revenge, Dance Moms, Glee, So You Think You Can Dance, White Collar, Million Dollar Listing, Awkward. 

10. Pet peeve(s)?

When people chew loudly, when people snore really loud, people with no manners.

11. Favorite ice cream flavor?

Hmmm... green tea probably. Then comes cookies and cream then strawberry cheesecake.
