Peter Pan Mint

Image
Hello hello everyone! The weather has been so gorgeous lately! I wore a mint color peter pan collar tank from Nordstrom. This has been my favorite color for the past couple of seasons as you guys probably know by now. The sheer material was nice of this hot day.  My jeans are the cropped boot from Gap. They have too much of a flare at the bottom so I just rolled them a little. These are also great for warm days because they are cropped! I love the white with the mint. It just felt too dark to wear the top with blue jeans.  As you have seen in many shoots before, I am wearing my black sandals from Forever 21. I recently just got a few new pairs of sandals so maybe I'll do a haul soon! These sandals need to be put to rest!  Have a great weekend dolls! xo, Trisha

Billboard Music Awards 2013

Image
Finally! Time to recap the Billboard Music Awards! I actually was not able to watch it when it aired so I just recently got to watch it. Here are some of my favorites!  Taylor Swift in Zuhair Murad How cute is this color blue?! It looks fabulous on her. The embellishments add such a cool effect and the cut outs at the top give it a very young look. Those legs tho!!  Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad We've seen this look on her before... the deep plunge with the sparkle. But I think this dress is so pretty. I love the fading of the gold at the bottom and how they look like leaves. Nicki Minaj Okay, so I don't think she wore it very well but I do like this dress a lot. I think it would look better on someone who wasn't as full on top. The length was kind of awkward too. But the detail and structure stand out  Jennifer Lopez Performance She KILLED it in this red leotard & boots combo.  Selena Gomez After Performance The starlet changed into

Sam and Libby x Target

Image
So my friend Fiona just told me about this really cool collaboration between Sam and Libby with Target. You may know Sam from his shoe line, Sam Edelman. Yes, that's right. Sam and Libby Edelman have joined forces with Target to create a cute, affordable and comfortable shoe line called Sam and Libby. Sam Edelman shoes can be found everywhere such as Nordstrom, DSW and Bloomingdales. Although they are on the pricey side, it is well worth the investment. They are super comfortable and last a long time!  Now that these similar shoes are sold at Target, people can dress in designer at a good price. He is best known for his sandals so you can imagine this collection is mostly sandals/summer shoes. They mix colors together and use a lot of prints. Certain designs can only be found online. Check out the website to see full collection!  (All images from www.target.com ) Super cute, right?! Perfect for the summer! Round of applause Sam and L

April Favorites

Image
That time again for my monthly favorites! This post is for last month, April. I usually do these after the month is over so I can recap. There is a mix of fashion and beauty things as well as random ones too. Here it is! Maybelline Baby Lips in Cherry  Such a good balm and tint in one! Whenever I wear lipstick, I always have to put chap stick on first or else my lips dry out so quick. This does both of those things for me! I've tried the normal chap stick unflavored one from Baby Lips and I thought the tinted one would be nice. So I got it and now I love it! It's long lasting too! Camo everything I've been loving the camp trend lately. Naturally, I had to get something camo or something of those colors. I got "army colored" pants which are a dark olive color. I love those! They match well with a lot of things and they are super comfortable. AND they were on super super sale! woo!  Macaroons These are one of my favorite desserts. If only they

Met Gala 2013

Image
Wow, to attend the Met Gala would be a dream come true. The Met Ball or Met Gala, is an annual event held to celebrate the opening of the Museum of Metropolitan's fashion exhibit at the Costume Institute. The theme this year was punk rock. Who would have thought punk rock and couture would look good together. Snaps for those stylist out there! There were some amazing people out for this event. The guest list was endless and I loved watching the online stream of the arrivals! Check out some of my favorites from the night! Warning: there are A LOT! Jessica Biel in Giambattista Valli Anne Hathaway in Valentino Dang, when did she go blonde?! Killin' that hair color Anne!  Taylor Swift in J. Mendel  T Swift loves her some J. Mendel. She always looks so good in that brand! Carey Mulligan in Balenciaga  I think she looks flawless. I'm so excited to watch The Great Gatsby. She looks so chic!  Miranda Kerr in Michael Kors Beyonce in Givench

To The Maxi

Image
Hey ya'll! Happy Friday! I love spring/summer clothes. It just reminds me of sunny days and being tan! Minus the 80+ degree heat. I've been seeing maxi dresses and skirts around a lot lately, on people and in stores. But I always have a hard time finding ones that fit me since I'm short. Usually, I'll just get it hemmed but this one from Gap is just the right length.   This maxi is strapless with a simple black and white print. It can be easily paired with any jacket and I chose my denim jacket from Forever 21. I like that the dress ties in the middle. It gives it more structure and isn't so boxy. Oh and there is a silt in the back which makes it super easy to walk and move in!  For shoes, I wore basic black sandals from Forever 21. They are old but you can't see my shoes too much anyways. Since this is a strapless, I thought I needed a colored necklace so I accessorized with this blue statement necklace from Aldo. You might remember t
